This is great for your first game! The graphics are really good! However, I think it doesn't have enough player feedback, maybe add some particles and screen shake when you shoot.
Aiming cursor seems off. The bullet aims at the tip of the cursor if I turn off the custom cursor CSS, but the custom target cursor is waaay off to the bottom right of the cursor. (Windows 10 anyway, haven't checked other systems)
